Easy-to use web app monitoring tool

The ease in which you can find out what your competitors are doing and how they're performing against their own goals is fantastic - I really like that it's very easy for users without any technical knowledge or experience to get up and running with our software quickly. It would be great if we could have more control over some elements within our dashboard so that it was easier to see exactly where we needed to improve as an organisation. Consistent excellent support, dedication and professionalism

The customer service is awesome! They are always willing & ready with new ideas for our hotels in order to maximize revenues/profits from each property we manage as an independent owner operator (IOO). I have not found anything that they don't do well at this point - their systems work flawlessly across all properties managed by us both locally or remotely around North America. It's hard sometimes when there isn’t much going right but it doesn't happen often so you can just roll up your sleeves
