(EDITED) I bought this product with the intention of using it immediately as I was away for a long time. To my surprise, I was not able to register the product immediately because the product was purchased from Revain and the provider (5G) did not update Revain's purchase information. However, when I contacted tech support the next day, they entered my Revain account number and allowed access to their support site. It seems silly to limit support without registration, but that's why only four stars. The product works well and has many powerful options. After the product has been "officially” registered. Customer service was excellent. If you register a product and then give it to someone else, that person needs to know your username and password in order for that person to receive support. Just wondering why the provider restricts access to FAQ support to registered users only. I recommend this product over an alternative choice due to the large number of options.
