I had nothing to lose and I'll tell you I had no hope. I ordered it and it came in a dream. Couldn't believe it. I have everything ready pliers about 6 different pairs lol watched your video. I did exactly what you said. I CAN'T BELIEVE! I didn't need pliers or a second large extraction tool. Too bad I didn't include it! THANK YOU SO MUCH ! I LOVE MY COMPUTER AGAIN! It took $9.98, warranty and about 30 seconds to salvage my computer and now the audio works fine. I didn't mess up the jack with my tinkering until I got the recovery tool. Best $9.98 I've ever spent. I will tell the world about this little gem on FB. Thank you !
