The device arrived in 2 days as promised. It wasn't difficult to assemble at all - just slide the three pieces together. I used distilled water and recommend you do the same to prevent debris from clogging the steam generator pump and nozzles. It comes with a handy filling cup and I like the wider filling opening than other products. It filled up quickly and didn't spill a drop. I cleaned the kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which took about 3 microfiber towels. All floors were terrazzo and travertine tiles. The whole house was vacuumed and cleaned by the cleaning company the day before, but I think a lot more dirt really evaporated. It did a great job. Highly recommended.
