It was ok on the first 4 uses, then on the 5th, the left leg never deflated and the balls and healed the pressure on the left completely stopped working. It's a shame as it can't be returned now. **Update - 3 months later: The customer service team contacted me and offered to send me a new car. I appreciated their act and hope I only got a defective unit. I've recommended them to extend their return policy from 30 days to 60 or 90 days so customers can actually use their product. We'll see if they change it, but overall I'm glad they're listening and trying out this new device soon.
