I have back problems and lifting weights makes me nervous when I feel like my back might break or hurt me. I've started lifting weights again and the gym I go to has several belts but they all fit differently so I settled on one. I'm not on a budget so I was drawn to it for its price and the fact that it looks very well made. When I received it I could confirm that the material they are made from is very good and high quality so it's great value for what you get. I used it immediately and it was very nice and comfortable. I had no problems. I was really surprised at how comfortable it is and how well supported it is. This allowed me to lift with more confidence, knowing I would have better support. It's very pretty and seriously, it's the most comfortable belt I've ever worn. The ones at the gym weren't anywhere near the same, and why not have your own belt when you go to the workout. It will be just you and your own sweat, and no one else can screw it up. I take care of my stuff and see that it lasts a long time. I am very excited to add this to my sports gear. Customer service is also very good, they wanted to make sure I got my belt and how to make sure it was the right value. Having a company that cares about you and will get in touch with you to make sure you are happy is a great sign of showing you they are a company that genuinely cares about their work takes care.
