102367 and 102368 were shipped as the same hood although they have different product numbers. No luck with 102366, 102367 or 102368, they seem to match my little Berwick jacket. The buttons on the hood are too far out to work without compromising wind resistance. Also strange, because Amazon apparently mixed up pictures of two different hoods with two different Carhartt part numbers. 102367 and 102368 appear to have a hood with snaps at the back and adjustable snaps at the chin, but both come as research shows it's actually 102367. Very lazy product description and/or Amazon product control. If showing 3 different options to try with a Carhartt Collared Jacket these must be supplied not 102367 in 102368.
