Not very comfortable compared to the cheaper case/lid. Good case, heavy and comfortable. *Also purchased Luxury Plus Double Diamond Grille from CM Family for $13 each. It seems to have the nicest cover and looks a little better, but the price of the pillow is exactly the same: somewhere in between. Probably too flexible. I bought these 4 packs for my motel based on a B&B review. The price is great but I wouldn't want to sleep on it, although I wouldn't take offense if I found it on my bed. It's just not that great. I've bought better ones for less at Costco but you never know when they'll be back. Of the three, I prefer the RENPHO and think it makes a good replacement for the Indulgence pillow at Bed Bath & Beyond ($30 each). I try to have a firmer pad in the back and more hugging in the front, which I like better. My pillows didn't fit very well, probably because they felt overstuffed. Compliment only over the years so they are not worth the money spent on me. I'm always looking for the best pillow. I found one at RENPHO.
