I bought this office chair after months of sitting in a really basic, unsupportive chair (really stupid of me) and it's definitely an upgrade. Although I wasn't expecting anything surprising given the low price, I'm quite happy with this chair. The backrest and seat are soft and supportive, but not super plush. The chair rises and falls but does not tilt and the backrest cannot move closer or farther from the seat. On the other hand, I assembled it in about 10 minutes and everything was well protected. As someone with a lower side, this chair seems to suit someone who is more petite. On the other hand, if you're taller, the fact that the seat flexes on either side can be uncomfortable. Overall very happy with this chair.
