This is a great replacement bolt with good fitting instructions including specific instructions on replacing the original rivets with bolts and nylon locknuts. Originally on my 1993 F-250. You can either re-solder the connector or just live by lowering the window, pressing "up" and vice versa. I decided to take the last option. I considered removing a star for reverse polarity but decided against it as this unit will fit a wide range of Ford electrical switches (1980-1996) so a degree of versatility needs to be considered.
