I returned them after owning them for a few hours. First of all, once you get them, you need to "update" the software first, and it wasn't that easy. It took me a few tries to get it right (left ear first, then right ear), but I finally got it. Then I tried the headphones and the right one didn't work. I put it back in the case, took it out to "repair" with the phone and after a few seconds it stopped working again. Only the left earphone worked, the sound wasn't very good. (Lots of bass and not very clear.) The case is very small and difficult to open. The ear hooks that come with the kit seem like a great idea, but first you need to insert the earbud into your ear and then attach the ear hook to it. It's easier if you have a mirror to look in while attaching. Overall I would not recommend these. I have these from Soundcore and Skullcandy and they are much more user friendly.
