Review on Surescripts E-Prescribing by Matthias Foxx

The safety of our patients is something that I feel most concerned about as an e prescriber! Our system allows me to see who has prescriptions available for refills before they're due or even if someone called into out nursing station looking at my computer screen asking what was needed/available without having actually picked up their medications beforehand!! It's great knowing we are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe from drug interactions - not just with themselves but also other medications (especially when working close by). There really isn't anything i dislike yet so far it seems like things run smoothly here day after amazing daily :) Asking questions can be tricky because sometimes you get different answers depending upon where your assigned nurse works.. For example one nurses might say yes while another says no? This could lead us down some wrong paths since each answer would have varying consequences such medical documentation issues etc., I like that it is easy to use for my practice as well has patient access! It's user friendly!! The pricing could be better but overall this system works very good with our group insurance plans we have through Aetna (as does other eprescriptions). We are able help patients fill prescriptions easily online when they do not know how or where their doctor prescribes them medications from by using an app called "app" available both at apple store/google playstore.
