Review on πŸ₯œ Anwenk Professional Grade Nutcracker with Wood Handle- Ideal for Pecans and Walnuts by Danielle Davis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Whole nuts on EVERY try!

So I bought this product thinking that if it didn't work I could always buy the cheaper crackers/patties that my family had used their whole lives (and long before that). I tried it on a whole nut mix - pecans, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts and hazelnuts. Well I can say I didn't need pickaxes or other crackers as that was how the nuts came out whole. My 8 year old daughter was able to crack all the nuts with ease. My only complaint is that nuts are actually TOO easy to crack open and I (kinda?) missed all the fun of picking small pieces (but not quite). Seriously, this is clearly an evil concoction by the nut companies who want to get us to consume more nuts - with the toughest nuts being shelled whole in one second on average. We eat more, so we have to buy more! Damn you evil (crazy) creators! Also, I understand why people think it's flimsy - it's lightweight and doesn't feel hard like most nutcrackers. And when you pop a nut inside, it doesn't really feel like you've put any effort into it, but the nut is slipping right out of the shell before you know it! Give it a try and I bet you'll be amazed and if not send me the ones you don't like - even my 3 year old can use them and we could sit cracking nuts all night. !
