The initial experience was great, by far the best of the 3 types I've used over the last few years. Water pressure is decent and adjustment between the different spray modes is a little tight, but it doesn't feel like it's getting stuck or breaking. The way the light changes from one color to another is neat, sometimes they are in sync showing the same color and sometimes they are not so the look is like a rainbow of spots. Brightness is a little dimmer than some others I've seen but still ok. I hope the light will work for a long time, but of course I don't know yet. UPDATED 04/08/19 After about a month of use the spinning generator inside started making a loud high pitched squeak with frequent jams when it stopped spinning for a second or two causing the lights to turn off or it would skip and flapped. a few seconds. I noticed some sand from the line clogged some nozzles. This model doesn't have a screw-in filter on the threaded port, which has been the case with other models I've had. I believe the rotating part inside is scratched by sand now and will always have noise problems. I put a screw-in filter of another model in the threaded hole, and after removing the native crumbs, it stopped jamming, just constantly making noise. Around the same time I tried to call support but had to leave a message which they never replied to so I just took it. I will try to contact her again now via the email address Linda sent me for a review request last fall and will update this review with the results. grainy filter that other brands use. UPDATED 16 Apr. No one has responded to my email request for warranty support, just as no one has responded to my phone request mentioned above. Let's move on to something else. Downgraded to two stars instead of one because the product still works and the colors are still very nice like day one, it's just constantly noisy and the light still flickers. But a company that advertises a warranty that requires an RMA ticket to return an item but doesn't respond to voice or email requests to obtain an RMA ticket should be penalized somehow.
