First of all the quality is excellent considering the price of this item compared to others at Revain. I don't think it's real leather, but it's durable and soft without chafing the skin. The product has no sharp edges. Item arrived in sealed packaging, on time as expected and in perfect condition. The picture is a little misleading as the length of the thigh straps appears to be shorter than it really is. BE SURE TO READ THE BELT LENGTH DIMENSIONS, as well as the THIGH SIZE for the buckle. I'm 5'5, 135 but I carry most of my weight in my hips. Of course, I didn't measure my hips before purchasing, so I tried it on as soon as the item arrived. very impressed with the quality of material for the price - it doesn't look cheap (albeit a little flimsy) and the buckles are solid and good quality Again not the best quality you'll find for leg straps but it does the job is great if you are looking to buy this type of product for the first time. I can place the strap at the very bottom of my thighs and the leg straps can be fastened just above the knees. , This item is great if you have very skinny hips, but if you are even slightly overweight you will need to adjust the fit (lower or higher on waist/hips) to fasten the hip buckles. Add an extra hole if your hips are bigger so you can wear the belt higher on the waist. The clips at the top of the leg straps are great for threading ropes, chains, extra restraints etc. I'm happy with my purchase despite the size issue.
