Drop bushing for LS, use 3 turns of tape or o-ring
Removed and installed my LS 5.3 style camshaft bearings. As good as anything I've ever used. ADDED NOTE :::works with LS, if you used 2-3 turns of tape instead of bushings, use black bushings for bearings over .090 gauge and tighten. with a wrench. Four of mine were installed with black sleeves, but I used duct tape on the last one. (It is thicker and has the highest potential for failure). Everything has become easier, as it should be.
