I hesitated to purchase these @ first but then said I’ll try it 🤷🏻♂️. Well three weeks later, I’m really glad that I did. They are thin, have some cooling effect but most important they block out the sun. The top of my hands are darker than my arms now so it’s definitely blocking sun. I wasn’t convinced it would have a cooling effect till I tried them on, yes there is some cooling effect. Just be careful, they are thin and can snag on stuff. I’m definitely going to buy more.
