Not adjustable for my opinion
Given the size range I assumed the Velcro in the back would be set up so that the smock could be synched tighter or looser. But no. It's just a teensy bit of Velcro in one spot and will not be adequate to keep it on my 3 yr old.Also we tried it on and he hated it, too stiff and noisy. So, not recommended for the younger kids.

- May limit children's range of motion
