We bought it to take with us when traveling and found that I use it not only when traveling but also at home. I took it on a hike, and while the sun was scorching, this fan helped keep me cool and cool. I've only been on a hike for about 45-60 minutes and have turned it off and on a few times, but no matter what, this fan kept me cool and worked there the whole time. The fan itself is very light and there were times I even forgot I had it on. When I was at home I used it to work in the garden, clean my garage and even cook outside. No matter where I use it, I haven't had any issues with this overheating wearing off or dropping off too soon. The fan itself is fully adjustable and, as I mentioned, so light that it doesn't feel like anything is dragging down my neck. It takes almost no time to charge, but the battery life lasts quite a long time. Great for adults, teenagers and children.
