i’m obsessed with this skirt. i got it for a pirate costume, but i’m pretty sure i’m just gonna find ways to work it into my Halloween costume every year from now on. it’s highly adjustable, meaning you can have the ruched front be fully slack down to the ground, or you can hike it up as scandalously as you’d like. the waist also stretches a LOT, and i imagine this will fit me just fine even if i gain or lose a few dress sizes over the years. depending on what color you get, i feel like this would work for pirates, femme knights, medieval ladies of all sorts (especially if you’re doing a spicy costume rather than a historically accurate cosplay), anything steampunk, or honestly any historical costume where you’d want the option of showing some leg.
