Review on Volcom Zero Burnt Sienna for Men by Dominic Kimbro

I really liked the look of these boots and thought for $150 I would get some pretty good quality boots. I've been wearing Volcom for 20 years now and I've never had a problem with their winter pants or jackets. Except maybe the zipper on the sweatshirt breaks, a pretty good quality item. These boots are junk. They look great and wear well, but the sole is glued. It will fail with the lightest use. After 2 weeks the sole of the right boot came off. I glued it back on and clamped it in place. Two weeks later it was the left leg. The same - glue and clamp. Now I had to do the same thing with both boots 2-3 more times. And it is not heavily used. No hiking, climbing, running. Just carry them around. For office work, not construction, so worn very lightly. Don't waste your money on these expensive quality junk pay less shoes. Spend a little more and get quality Redwings. At the very least, if you ever have a problem and you don't, Redwing will fix or replace it for LIFE!
