Easy to install and works as described but this is the second I have installed in 8 months. It's weird how they work. The first time the dryer bar stopped heating, but everything else worked. So after a few multimeter tests I replaced this part and it worked great again. This time however the heating stopped and the timer stopped working so it ran for a few hours but didn't heat up. U-tube, ran some tests again and found it didn't work. I want to make sure about the timer issue but I re-ordered this part and on a low setting and now the dryer is working fine again to turn the timer on. That's fine, but it's better if it lasts longer than 8 months.
