Review on Roycon Sales Cloud by Andre Tenk

Roycon Sales Cloud provides a complete, transparent, and sophisticated service for our organization. The implementation team was professional and knowledgeable - we did not have any issues. It's easy to train our sales reps on the software, and they like the interface. We are not using all of the features of the software, but it is easy for our reps to figure it out. We are a growing organization and Roycon has been able to assist our sales force with their prospecting and follow up. We have improved our efficiency and accuracy, and have more control over our workflows. It is very user-friendly.It allows one click integrations or triggers for other platforms such as Google docs etc.The dashboard view does not allow you to customize it as per requirement of your organization.Its too less customizable option out there.If anyone wants to integrate multiple sources then this would be the tool to go with.We use sales force CRM for managing customer data & leads.
