EVA hard case for Brother ADS1500

On the top of the case there is a mesh pocket for the power adapter and its cables. It is held in place by a Velcro strap. When I opened the case I found that about 2 inches of the strap had come loose from the velcro. I plan on keeping the case as I feel the straps won't last as long if used in moderation and I'll probably use a piece of thin foam over the scanner to protect it if the Mesh pocket is no longer used. The case is generally excellent.
