📦 Hard Travel Case for Brother Wireless Document Scanner (Fits ADS1000W/ADS1500W) Review

I ordered this case for my Brother ADS-1200 scanner. The case is solid and the scanner fits VERY COMFORTABLY, however there is not enough space inside the case to put the power supply.

The product should not be listed as compatible with the scanner I bought it for. It has to be pressed and is very difficult to close. Also, the power cord or USB cable cannot be put inside the case.

To close the housing, the nested part of the connector must be pushed over the slant of the scanner. I didn't do this initially and was unable to close the case. Otherwise it's exactly what I was looking for.

The case was purchased with my new Brother ACS-1700W scanner. The scanner fits snugly, but it would be nice to keep the power supply and connection cable. The lid does not close with the cord in the small compartment that comes with the lid.

Nice case that will definitely protect your scanner. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no extra space inside for cables, so you still have to carry them around in a separate container. It would be much better if there was a little more space inside or a pocket outside to carry the power cord.

Nice case that fits snugly around the scanner. This scanner body doesn't have room to squeeze a piece of paper in, let alone a power cord. The power supply and cord will definitely detach (get lost!) from the scanner when placed on the shelf. Better look for an alternative. Too bad Brother didn't provide a case as "portable" is the key feature.

On the top of the case there is a mesh pocket for the power adapter and its cables. It is held in place by a Velcro strap. When I opened the case I found that about 2 inches of the strap had come loose from the velcro. I plan on keeping the case as I feel the straps won't last as long if used in moderation and I'll probably use a piece of thin foam over the scanner to protect it if the Mesh pocket is no longer used. The case is generally excellent.
