I like how easy it is to set up integrations with other platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce. The ability to see all my data in one place and link them together for more efficient workflows. Some of our reports are very hard to customize without extensive coding knowledge so we had some issues getting customizations implemented into the system until after launch. It was difficult to build features from scratch because there were multiple ways things could be done. Our team likes having everything they need at their fingertips when working on campaigns but sometimes finding something can take longer than expected. We've been able to track our leads better which has allowed us to retarget past customers who may not have bought anything yet - this helps them stay top of mind and make sure they're aware of what they might want before buying.
