The ease in implementation was fantastic! I can quickly figure things like how to create forms or use reports with no training needed from our team members at all since they have been amazing throughout this process!! The ability to connect to both Salesforce and Hubspot was amazing. And I loved how easy it was to make changes across multiple channels (email, social media, websites). I do not like having to keep track of all campaigns within the software itself so I would have to go to each specific channel to see that information.
