I bought this to save space with emergency water storage. I already have a monthly water delivery service in a 5 gallon jug and regularly store extra funds in my basement. I considered buying a 30 gallon or larger storage tank, but a good one would cost around $100 with shipping. Once you fill it up, you can't move it more than 250 pounds either. Purchasing this rack took up about the same amount of space, and I have more options for moving a water supply around the limited space in my basement and rotating water jugs regularly. The service was good. sent me the part I wanted. I have since ordered another rack and am planning to order a third. It was pretty easy to put together. One of the rubber feet broke and wouldn't screw all the way in, but the seller sent me a new one. he is really strong. Will buy again and probably increase emergency water supply. Just ordered a third rack on 10/15.
