Good for the price!

This item has a very good price-performance ratio. I have already bought 6 pieces. Very easy to connect to your home WiFi. It works with an app called Magic Home. The application itself is very convenient and easy to learn. You can change it to almost any color you want. You can sync it to music, although I haven't used that feature except to see how it works. You have the ability to set up to 5 preset color/brightness settings. It has presets for the light to change the color yourself which is really great for special occasions like Christmas or birthdays or any other occasion where you can also set your own presets. These presets allow you to choose what colors and speed you want to change, from strobe to color fade. My favorite part of the app is that you can set timers for the lights, when to turn off and when to turn on, as well as the preset you want it to work with. You can name each Wi-Fi port. For example, I have 4 different ones in my kitchen. And I named them all differently so that they can be easily identified in the application. In addition, you can change the brightness and color separately if I want. It also gives you the possibility to set different timers for each of them, which will turn on or off depending on our schedule. I found several bugs with this product. If you dim it to any brightness other than full it makes a high-pitched tone that's not very loud, but when everything's down you can easily hear it. 2. Whenever we had a power outage during our recent snowstorm, after the power came back after 6 hours, I had to re-add all the WiFi sockets to the app. I have to say that if you turn them off for a few minutes and then turn them back on, this doesn't happen. However, since everything has lost power, including my WiFi router, I can't pinpoint which device caused the reason for adding it back to the app. .3. I really wish it was Apple Homekit compatible, but it is NOT, or at least I couldn't connect it to my Homekit app. Apart from these 3 issues, I really like the product so I'm constantly trying to find new places to use another one!
