I ordered this cover to keep the back of our Jeep Patriot clean. We basically lowered the rear seats and wanted to protect the entire cargo area. The material makes a robust and high-quality impression. I was glad when the package arrived and it had some weight so it wasn't a flimsy piece of fabric at all. I'm so glad I thought about looking into pet carriers before attempting to build something from scratch and that I went with one of the cheaper options available as they suited our needs well too seems to be. (We don't have a dog so it will probably last us forever!) I have the Extra Large and it more than meets the size requirements. Something between Large and XL would probably be ideal, but given the choice, I'd prefer more than less, and I prefer the wider 55-inch width to allow the sides to fold up more. When it's attached to the front seat headrests, there's about 10 inches of material in addition to the 20 inches of the end of the bumper flap, which all fold back, but that's fine too. I can imagine that this part will be pulled out when it is needed, for example to cover and hide valuables from prying eyes. I don't know what we're going to use the "bonus" mesh for, but I think that and the added bungee set were a nice addition. All in all, I think the purchase is worth fifty dollars!
