I had purchased this item for cleaning my tub and tile. I previously used a small roofer's brush that was the perfect length for me. This item also works for me as it telescopes to your desired length. The problem would be for anyone much taller that 5'5". They may find it quite short.After using it, I found that while you're scrubbing the pole loosens. You will repeatedly need to stop what you're doing to retighten it to the scrub brush.The bristles aren't as firm as my previous brush and collapse when trying to get a deep scrub.I did like the fact that it had rubberized strip like a window washer. I've used them for years to clean the tiles especially immediately following a shower. Just spray your cleaner on. Give it a few minutes. Use scrubbing side for noticably dirtier areas and then wick off with the rubberized strip. My tile still looks great after 25 years.For now, this will do. As soon as I get back to a hardware store, I'll put together my own scrub brush as I did before.
