Terrible product. Be careful as this product is poorly designed. The product lasted 6 months and then the bypass valve failed. For your information, the bypass valve is an internal part and cannot be replaced. Under no circumstances should you contact Furrion. Because they want proof, the valve is defective. There is no way to prove that the inside is defective without destroying the sealed unit. No support is up to you to prove your device is not working. Maintenance bill of $400. As traveling nurses, we need hot water for bathing and washing. Our scrubs need to be washed in hot water due to Covid. So we went to the laundry. We needed a kettle. There is only one available and Revane was another one of those Furrion positions. So more money for the probably defective device. This lasted 32 days and the same part failed. Again no help from Furrion. $600 as a mandatory support call as Furrion offered a replacement for it and then Furrion withdrew the offer. It's not like I want a third POS.
