Review of Yoomay, a Disappointing Cosmetics and Personal Care Store: I had heard so many good things about Yoomay that I just had to give it a try. My dealings with this business were extremely disappointing.
Their selection is vast, but the quality of some of the items is subpar. Although they claimed to be mild and appropriate for all skin types, I discovered that some of the hygiene products I bought were actually too strong for my sensitive skin. Moreover, I was dissatisfied to discover that the body piercing needles and ink I bought were of lower quality than what I was accustomed to. Yoomay also had terrible customer care. The employees lacked product expertise and appeared uninterested in assisting me with my purchases. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the goods, I was met with apathy and no assistance. In general, I was disappointed with Yoomay. Their guiding principle is commendable, but they fall short in terms of product and service quality. If you're in the market for luxurious toiletries from a trustworthy retailer, consider elsewhere.
