The customer support is excellent, providing me with all that I needed to make my design projects successful without any issues! So far there haven't been many problems or challenges when working through their platform so everything has gone smoothly thus far! Nothing in particular - the price point was very reasonable (even though it's not cheap) compared other services out there at this time of year/year-end planning season.

Make sure you have enough budget set aside if your project requires more than one designer since they do charge by person instead of per hour which can be costly depending upon how large the team size becomes. Planning events & marketing campaigns as well as designing collateral materials such as brochures, flyers etc will help ensure everyone knows what we stand behind our brand image.
