The first time I bought sandals that looked like hard toe shoes. Immediately after putting them on I noticed that the toe box felt tight but figured they just needed to be pushed through to stretch a bit. After walking for a few minutes I found (very uncomfortable) that my pinky fingers were sticking out between the two front parts of the bridge that attach to the sole, constantly trying to bring those toes back behind the front bridge. After about 10-15 minutes of shopping with my wife, my legs were tired and sore. You get what you pay for I guess. I haven't spent a fortune but I'm certainly a little disappointed in these shoes.
