The customer service is absolutely superb! It's easy to communicate with them via email and I don't believe that they ever get tired of hearing from me. They are flexible when it comes to schedule changes and understand how important it is for my business that everything runs smoothly. There have been several times where I've mentioned some issues or feedback and before I can finish saying what I'm thinking, the feedback has been followed up on. If there isn't enough room in our monthly budget for a designer, they'll offer suggestions as to ways they can help us design our website without having to hire someone else. The team is very professional when it comes to their work ethics. They are always willing to go above expectations in order for your project requirements be met at all times!
