This cover fits comfortably and almost reaches the floor even on my channeled Jaco trailer which makes it a bit taller. It's hard to tell what the fabric is like from the product description as it's only described by the brand name, but the material is a heavyweight polyester that feels like heavyweight smooth denim. The vents at the top under the overlapping flaps seem to reduce the bloating that occurs in our windy terrain. He recently survived the 100 mile wind we had recently. I am very happy with this cover and it is of much higher quality than my previous cover which was ABCO.
