Just received the pair and were 2/3rds charged upon arrival to test, attached had straps and set aside storage pouches and usb instructions. I’ve since charged and tested one.Easy operation; The three levels of heat or optional phone charger is a great plus. Have yet to test the battery life on either. It prefers a 1.0v USB port for recharging slow rate, but charges quickly.The only drawback to all of the hand warmers is the weight. They are too heavy around a whiplashed neck. One works out better with a full front hoodie pocket but I mostly need one for each. Will be gifting to my mother who works at the food pantry.Please come out with a much lighter model? I hate buying and tossing the packets that never last as long. Thank you!
