I bought a sleep therapy product. Wanted, auto-off, working while charging, good battery life and quiet operation - none of that was in this product. I researched before buying. I asked mfg, with whom you can't talk, not even about the purchase. I got an email reply that said "It's all there." I think they were talking about the Mini and not the Micro? The magnetic charging connection is not a strong connection and can be easily disconnected. I charged 3 times, it lasted 3-5 hours and died after just one use. The manual is about 2 square inches and doesn't say anything about the details of the product except that it doesn't work when charging. I guess I should have read the part that said it was for "Woman!" Do women sleep too? I'm giving it one star because the product support is poor and the web info is missing important details. The best part is the easy return and return to Hitachi!
