Exact fit for 1999 GMC Sierra 1500 nbs
No rubber outer filler neck included. I took the old interior off, cleaned the interior where everything was covered with rust from the old filler neck, and soaked the rubber filler neck in motor oil to sort of bring it back to life. Then I covered the outside with Vaslin. There were no cracks on my rubber hose, but it was definitely close to dry rot.
