Runs on a 2008 Accord EX 4 Cylinder engine. the hand is slightly free - THIS IS IMPORTANT. LEAVE THE BOLT FULLY TIGHTENED ONLY A FEW TURNS BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO FULLY TIGHTEN THE BOLT WITH THE WRENCH AND YOU MUST USE THE OPEN END OF THE WRENCH TO FULLY TIGHTEN IT. - If you leave the bolts slightly loose, the control arm will have enough play to attach the upper end of the knuckle to the upper control arm. The steering knuckle does not move up and down. Only the operating lever has sufficient freedom of movement to insert the threads into the steering knuckle hole of the steering wheel. - Once attached you can now reattach the hanger, take a wrench and fully tighten the screws. - Before tightening the suspension bolt after lowering the vehicle.
