These bulbs are perfect for my application. I used a 3/8 bit to drill the holes. I used 12 gauge wire and connected directly to the headlights. People complained that the wires were flimsy. I soldered the wires together to get around this problem. These lights are perfect. Much cheaper than buying fog lights. Installed on a 2001 Toyota Avalon.
