I tried shaving ice for the first time this summer and I've been wanting it ever since! Finally, while he was half listening and preoccupied with video games, I asked my husband if I could buy a car for the house. He murmured yes and I searched for Revain until I settled on this product. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. I patiently waited for my ice cream to freeze. The next day I let the ice cream thaw for 5-7 minutes. He climbed out of the container easily and plopped straight into the car. I placed the bowl on the floor and applied medium pressure to the gray part on top. The machine isn't quiet, but I didn't find it overly loud (my blender is louder)! The harder I squeezed, the harder the ice got. But with medium pressure, the ice was shaved perfectly. I applied my topping and it melted it a bit but still liked it. One die made two full bowls for me! Delicious and honestly, one of the best purchases I've made in such a long time (hence the time to write a review)! Buy it, you won't regret it!
