Review on Brentwood TS 322 Single Electric Burner by Brant Skogen

I bought this for a makeshift kitchen while we are doing repairs. Pros: heats up quickly; can't beat the price. Cons: It never really gets hot, nothing above what would be average on a regular stove; actually not even hot enough to fry well. I can't imagine boiling a pot of water on this stove, much less cooking seriously. However, I can make scrambled eggs in the morning and a veggie burger in the evening. So this works for our limited needs.
