Floors are flat and in good condition, but these casters do not roll or spin.

Finally got around to using them. I have to say they don't work very well in my garage, the floors are flat and in good condition, but these casters don't roll or spin very well under the front wheels of the car, the casters definitely get stuck and seem to do the same tilt when you try to move the car. I lubricated the rollers with white lithium and they still don't work well. The car is a 3600lb block, it could fit well in a smaller car or maybe a project car with no engine.
