Review on Solid8 Consulting by Rodney Mendoza

The company has delivered all their promises, they're constantly adding new features to improve how you can manage the software. They've been very responsive in all my questions and concerns I have had with the system. There are many things that this platform could've done better, but I can't think of any as of now, but there is always room for growth. I would like to see them have more tutorials or video/webinars so that customers don't feel limited when using the product. Also, I wish the website was updated more often. It's not easy to navigate using the mobile site when we are outside the office. However, once you get used to it, it gets easier to use, otherwise you can still access the help section within each module. In my opinion, solid8 has kept their promise in every phase of our project, and I'm extremely pleased with everything they've brought so far! The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions or meet in person when necessary. I have no complaints at this point! Definitely go ahead and reach out for assistance if you need it. This was an extremely smooth experience that had us up-and-running within weeks. Before we got started with solid8, our system was not performing well enough to keep pace with customer demand.
