I don't think I needed that much.
I should have bought a set with fewer parts. They're easy to use and not too bad for sleep. You stay safe all night. I used a setting lotion and the next morning they were very firm. If you want "normal" curls, don't use hair conditioners. But when I use the lotion it was good for tight horse curls the first day and loose curls for the next few days. Even after washing it still looked good.
