Not as easy as replacing some other filters where you just have to click on something. After you've depressurized the system, simply stick the hose into the filter and it will come out. The only problem I see going forward is that when the ends of the tubes wear out you have to cut 1/4 inch off the tube with a clean cut so the filter mechanism attaches securely to the tube with no leaks. , After the change, the water tastes great, so no complaints on that front.
