Good all around battery maintainer.

I like that this maintainer actually charges at a reasonable rate to begin with. Charging at 5 amps initially will bring the battery back up to a maintenance level much quicker than those little wall wart maintainers. The 7 stages of charging make the unit ideal to bring back neglected and sulphated batteries that a regular battery charger will not accomplish. I am also pleased that it came with a carrying case and assorted adapter cables.

Pros

The charger's fan ensures that it doesn't overheat, even during extended use

Cons

The product may not be easy to install in a vehicle or home
