Since I sleep hot and my wife sleeps cold, I figured I'd give these a try. Wow was I surprised. These work perfectly! The cool side always feels cool. It also has the same effect a sports shirt has. It does not absorb your sweat. It feels as if it pulls the sweat away from the skin, without feeling wet. When I roll over when I'm sleeping, I like to turn the pillow around, ex.(to the right side if my head is on the left side). The side my head was on will only feel warm for a minute before it feels cool again. The cool side feel can be best described as a very soft satin sheet, but not exactly like a regular satin sheet, if this makes sense.? I purchased the blue cases.I can't say I've used the warm side, but it feels like a soft jersey t-shirt, which isn't a bad thing.It has a nice zipper, but not the type you find on jeans.If you sleep hot or are just looking for nice zippered pillow cases, don't hesitate to buy these!
